Smok Novo x not firing. I recently got a novo x and out of no where it stopped firing. It recognizes when i place a pod in it and when i hit it with no pod (displays no atomizer message) but when i insert the pod and hit it nothing happens. Mine is doing the same thing!!! The store replaced it but my new one is doing the same thing. Turn the device on by pressing the fire button five times quickly until you see the SMOK logo. Press the fire button three times quickly to unlock the device. Charge the SMOK Nord 4 battery fully.
